You can change and release your emotions more rapidly by thoroughly experiencing them when they appear. Feel the emotion in your body. Where is it located? If it had a color, what color would it be? Don't try to talk yourself out of the feeling; let yourself feel it. After you have identified it in your body, send light to that area. You will discover that most emotions, even the strongest ones, pass quickly after you experience them, love them, and hear their messages. Spiritual Growth
I wonder sometimes what it generally takes without a process for someone to realize that the source of their experience, and feelings is not some outside influence but another thing within themselves. I wonder if in building up to this realization I have created my enlightenment and sometimes the world around us needs to build into a clamor of sound to aid in that realization...
Notes on a spiritual path:
First lesson: The world is more than self, and our view or experience. Bigger than the mind. Second: When we reach beyond that self we meet duality, in a phase we grow to learn that lessons, truths, and exploration are not experiences that are limited to a black and white response. There is a spectrum of experiences, busting the duality myth. Third: In discovering the idea of an Ultimate we find that the challenge is in understanding that this is but one pinnacles, a leaping off point and that there is no one Ultimate. This creates a space of freedom, inviting more exploration. Fourth: Truths become transients, limited to experience, from an open and interactive center we find that there is no one great truth, but many mutable truths in the spiritual realm of consciousness. Fifth: Enlightenment becomes variety, explore yours.
